Did you know that nearly half of all adults in the United States have diabetes and in many cases, it could have been prevented or slowed?
To learn how you or a loved one can prevent diabetes and the complications it causes, join Clarise Largen, BSN, RN, CDCES, licensed diabetes educator, as she presents a free HealthyU wellness seminar, Diabetes: Prevent it, Delay it, Put it into Remission. The seminar will be held from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 29, at the Healthcare Foundation of La Porte located at 140 East Shore Parkway in La Porte, Indiana.
